Danny Drinkwater Goes To Leicester

Promising Manchester United youngster Danny Drinkwater has joined Football League Championship outfit Leicester City for an undisclosed transfer free. The Manchester born midfield player signed a trainee contract with The Reds at the end of the 2005-06 campaign and has previously been loaned out to Huddersfield Town, Cardiff City, Watford and Barnsley in order to acquire valuable first team experience.

Drinkwater is a player who will bring energy and creativity to the team. We have been looking to strengthen the squad since joining and this signing begins that process.
