Manchester United man­aged to draw 2–2 against Aston Villa at Villa Park last Sat­urday. Ash­ley Young and Marc Albrighton gave Aston Villa a 2–0 lead with 15 minutes left but the Manchester United play­ers refused to be defeated as Fed­erico Macheda and Nemanja Vidic scored one goal a piece dur­ing the final stages of the encounter.

With five minutes left to play Manchester United cap­tain Nemanja Vidic squared the tie when he met a good cross from the irre­press­ible Nani with a diving header that Brad Friedel in the Aston Villa goal stood no chance with.
