Manchester United V Fulham

Manchester United confidently look to keep their place at the top of the table with a home game against Fulham on Sunday. While The Mancunians truly enjoyed the midweek clash with Milan, the West Londoners evidently found the going a lot harder in their Europa League match against Juventus with the Old Lady winning in grand style.
Sir Alex Ferguson´s Manchester United entertain Fulham on a high after a comfortable 4–0 triumph over Silvio Berlusconi´s Milan team at The Theatre of Dreams on Wednesday in the UEFA Champions League. Since Manchester United were surprisingly beaten 3–0 by Fulham at Craven Cottage back in December last year, the defending Barclays Premier League Champions have lost only once in eleven league matches. As for Fulham, Roy Hodgson´s troops go into the game against Manchester United undefeated in their last five Premier League matches and are attempting to win at Old Trafford for the first time since October 2003. American midfield playmaker Clint Dempsey could be in line to make his first start for Fulham in two months in Sunday’s encounter against The Manchester Reds, but The Lillywhites are still without Andrew Johnson, John Pantsil, and Kagisho Dikgacoi. The Old Trafford club, for their part, will probably have to make do without the services of Oliveira Anderson, Michael Owen, John O’Shea and Wes Brown.
