The Reds Firm Favourites To Win

Following a fine 2–0 victory away to Blackburn Rovers on Monday night, Manchester United prepare to entertain relegation battlers Queens Park Rangers at Old Trafford this Sunday. The Reds, however, will still have to do without the services of hard working midfield dynamo Anderson who is out with a hamstring injury.
Manchester United have won twelve, drawn one and lost two league matches at their Old Trafford home this season, while Queens Park have won three, drawn two and lost ten away games in the English Premier League. The last time the two clubs met, Manchester United managed to defeat the West London club 2–0 at Loftus Road courtesy of goals from England internationals Wayne Rooney and Michael Carrick. Not surprisingly, Sir Alex Ferguson’s title chasers are strong favourites to win the game on Sunday.
